About $2,000
Most author websites cost $2,000 and can go up from there, but the aim is to match your costs to your business needs. Custom sites, by nature, require custom pricing. So, after a kick-off phone call, I’ll give you a clear estimate and timeline for your project.
Payment is 50% to start and 50% after launch.

Sharing a budget amount is sometimes taboo. But, building a website is a business decision and you should have a clear budget in mind. Be honest with yourself, your goals, and with me. To arrive at the best outcome for you, we should discuss your budget openly like we do every other project constraint.
4-Week Process
Kick-off phone call to discuss your goals, timeline, budget, and project details. We plan the site and you get some homework.
You write and send me the first draft of your content. Then we settle on a look and feel for the site.
I design and code your site while you gather any remaining content
Your site is ready! We review it together and I make any updates we need. I’ll teach you how to update your site on your own if you want.
Then, we launch your site and celebrate!
After the launch, I’ll remain available for ongoing help and maintenance.
